cuda安装过程错误记录

问题描述：
使用的tensorflow版本为为1.12.0版本，使用对应gpu的cuda版本为cuda 9
安装cuda 9 过程的错误记录：
Error: unsupported compiler: 7.5.0. Use --override to override this check. Error: cannot find Toolkit in /usr/local/cuda-9.0
对应的gcc 版本不对。
tensorflow_gpu-1.12.0 | 2.7、3.3-3.6 | GCC 4.8 | Bazel 0.15.0 | 7 | 9
对gcc和g++的版本进行降级
